Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

"77fdc" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our"

Refers to the 77fdc online gaming and sportsbook platform accessible at 77fdc.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services operated thereunder.

"Player" / "you" / "your"

Refers to any natural person who accesses, registers, or uses the 77fdc platform in any capacity, including but not limited to placing bets, playing casino games, or accessing account features.

"Account"

Refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process on 77fdc.

"Balance"

Refers to the total funds held within a Player's 77fdc Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any bonus funds separately designated as such.

"Bonus Funds"

Refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by 77fdc as part of a promotional offer.

"Wagering Requirement"

Refers to the total value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal as real money.

"BDT" / "Taka" / "৳"

Refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, in which all transactions on the 77fdc platform are denominated.

"Services"

Refers collectively to all gaming, betting, casino, arcade, and account management features available to registered Players on the 77fdc platform.

"Prohibited Jurisdiction"

Refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of the 77fdc platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or by 77fdc's internal compliance policy.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or statutory provision include any amendments or re-enactments thereof.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 77fdc platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which their Account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 77fdc operates a strict 18+ policy without exception. Individuals under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering an Account or using any Service on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You do not hold an existing Account on the 77fdc platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited under the single-account rule set out in Section 3.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any employee of 77fdc or any affiliate, supplier, or technology partner of 77fdc.

Age Verification

77fdc reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents for age verification purposes include, but are not limited to, a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by an authorised Bangladeshi government body. Until satisfactory proof of age is received and verified, 77fdc may, at its sole discretion, suspend account access and withhold any pending withdrawals. Any account found to have been operated by an individual under the age of 18 will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at 77fdc's discretion after deduction of any amounts wagered.

Account Registration

To access the full range of Services offered by 77fdc, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and such other details as the registration form requires from time to time. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

Single Account Rule

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the 77fdc platform at any time. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where 77fdc determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has registered or is operating multiple accounts, 77fdc reserves the right to:

• Immediately close all associated accounts;
• Void all bets and casino wagers placed across those accounts;
• Forfeit any Bonus Funds or winnings generated across duplicate accounts;
• Return original deposits at its discretion after any applicable deductions;
• Report the matter to relevant authorities where fraudulent intent is suspected.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. You agree to notify 77fdc immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 77fdc will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials.

Account Information Updates

You are responsible for ensuring that your Account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number or linked payment method — you must update your Account profile or notify [email protected] promptly. 77fdc may suspend withdrawal processing where Account details appear inconsistent or outdated pending verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 77fdc platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77fdc supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment options may be introduced or removed from time to time at 77fdc's discretion.

Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 77fdc, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your 77fdc Account balance in real time upon successful transaction confirmation.
• You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 77fdc does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may levy its own transaction charges, for which 77fdc bears no responsibility.
• 77fdc reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership prior to processing any withdrawal where a deposit source has not been previously verified.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering best practice.
• Before any withdrawal is approved, 77fdc may require identity verification documents including a valid NID or passport, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three business days. Delays may occur where additional verification is required or where the volume of pending requests is unusually high.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. Only real-money funds that exceed the wagering threshold are eligible for withdrawal.
• 77fdc reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions pending investigation.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

From time to time, 77fdc offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to the general terms set out in this Section as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

Eligibility for Bonuses

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who meet the specific criteria stated for each individual promotion.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion per Player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes a breach of the single-account rule.
• 77fdc reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse or misuse.

Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before conversion to withdrawable real money. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general rules apply:

• Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x), meaning that the total value of bets placed must equal the bonus amount multiplied by that figure before the bonus converts.
• Only bets placed with Bonus Funds count toward the Wagering Requirement. Bets placed with real-money Balance do not contribute.
• Bets on certain game types — including but not limited to low-margin sports markets with odds below 1.50, certain table game strategies, and specific excluded titles — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward Wagering Requirements. Applicable exclusions are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements expire if not fulfilled within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from your Account balance without notice.

General Bonus Conditions

77fdc reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where an offer is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, the existing bonus will be honoured subject to its stated terms. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent bonus mechanics — including through the use of duplicate accounts, VPN access, collusion with other Players, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in cancellation of the bonus and, where warranted, permanent account closure.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 77fdc platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the obligations and restrictions set out in this Section. Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, or referral to law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, verification, and any subsequent Account update;
• Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes;
• Accept full responsibility for all bets and wagers placed from your Account, whether placed by you or by any person to whom you have disclosed your credentials;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction relating to online gambling and financial transactions;
• Promptly notify 77fdc of any suspected security breach, technical error, or system malfunction that may affect game outcomes or account balances.

You agree that you will not:

• Attempt to access or use the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Use automated scripts, bots, or any other software tool to interact with the platform in a manner that circumvents normal play;
• Engage in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of corruption that affects the integrity of sporting events covered by the 77fdc sportsbook;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software, systems, or infrastructure;
• Use the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that is intended to conceal the origin, nature, or ownership of funds;
• Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward 77fdc staff or other platform users;
• Exploit technical errors, software bugs, or display errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or reasonably discoverable technical error will be voided.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77fdc platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the selection and arrangement of all content — is the exclusive property of 77fdc or is used under licence from the relevant rights holders. All rights are reserved.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for its intended personal entertainment purpose only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any platform content for commercial purposes;
• Creating derivative works based on platform content;
• Removing or altering any proprietary notices, watermarks, or attributions;
• Framing or mirroring any part of the platform on any third-party website or application without express written consent from 77fdc.

Game content made available on the 77fdc platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios. 77fdc makes no representations as to ownership of third-party game content beyond the scope of its licence agreements with those providers.

Any unauthorised use of 77fdc's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to claims for damages and injunctive relief under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 77fdc Account at any time by sending a written request to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Account. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 77fdc will process the closure within five business days. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds.

Suspension or Closure by 77fdc

77fdc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against 77fdc through a payment provider;
• Operation of duplicate accounts in violation of the single-account rule;
• Exploitation of technical errors or bonus mechanics in bad faith;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player through the responsible gaming tools.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your Account — whether initiated by you or by 77fdc — all Bonus Funds and any associated pending Wagering Requirements will be forfeited immediately. Real-money Balance will be handled in accordance with the circumstances of closure: legitimate closures will result in a full balance refund; closures arising from breach will be subject to 77fdc's right to withhold funds pending investigation and legal review.

Amendments to These Terms

77fdc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 77fdc will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a notice displayed on the platform. Your continued use of the 77fdc platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact [email protected] to request Account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 77fdc arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, you are encouraged to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 77fdc will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five business days and to reach a fair resolution within twenty-one business days of receipt.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77fdc's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim. 77fdc shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
